The 2025/26 Bundesliga season is over and FC Augsburg finished the campaign in ninth place. It’s time to take a look back at the most important stats and facts from FCA’s season.

Goals: Anton Kade, Michael Gregoritsch and Fabian Rieder finished as FC Augsburg’s joint-top goalscorers with six goals apiece.

Assists: Dimitris Giannoulis set up the most goals for FC Augsburg (5). Fabian Rieder, Alexis Claude-Maurice and Mert Kömür all ranked second with four assists apiece.

Quickest player: Uchenna Ogundu recorded a top speed of 36.77 km/h, making him not only FCA’s quickest player, but also the second-fastest player in the Bundesliga this season.

Shots: Alexis Claude-Maurice recorded 68 attempts this season, more than any other FC Augsburg player.

Shots saved: Finn Dahmen made 116 saves, the fourth most of any goalkeeper in the league.

Distance covered: Robin Fellhauer covered the most ground for FC Augsburg this season (343.8 kilometres). He also recorded 2,269 intensive runs and made 679 sprints.

Most minutes played: Finn Dahmen was an ever-present for FC Augsburg in 2025/26, playing a total of 3,060 minutes across the 34 matchdays.

Academy products: Mert Kömür, Noahkai Banks and Tim Schnitzer all featured for FCA this season, playing a combined total of 3,316 minutes.

Pass completion rate: Keven Schlotterbeck recorded a pass completion rate of 86.45%, the highest of any FCA player.

Home form: FC Augsburg recorded an eight-game unbeaten streak at home this season, equalling the club record. 

Second half of the season: 28 points was FC Augsburg’s best-ever return after the midway mark of a Bundesliga season. Manuel Baum’s side were the league’s sixth-best side in the second half of the campaign.

Attendance: A total of 506,376 fans attended games at the WWK ARENA in 2025/26. FC Augsburg’s average attendance was 29,787, filling the stadium to 97.15% capacity.
