Several FCA players are off representing their nations as qualifying for the FIFA World Cup 2026 gets underways, with some having a hand in goals for their teams.

Fabian Rieder and Elvis Rexhbecaj faced off against each other, as Switzerland and Kosovo met in World Cup qualifying Group B. The Swiss ran out 4-0 winners, with Rieder providing the assist for the Nati's third goal. He was taken off in the 60th minute, with Rexhbecaj subbed off at half time.

Kristijan Jakić was involved in Croatia's match-winning strike against the Faroe Islands, delivering the cross that led to the goal (1-0). He was then taken off in the 80th minute.

Steve Mounié netted the winning goal for Benin in the 77th minute of their meeting with Zimbabwe, heading in to secure a 1-0 victory. The striker featured for the full 90 minutes.

Samuel Essende was an unused substitute in DR Congo's 4-1 win against South Sudan. Elsewhere, Noahkai Banks did not feature in the USA's 2-0 loss against South Korea and continues to wait to make his debut for the side.
