Kristijan Jakić completes loan move to Greece
Transfer to PAOK
Kristijan Jakić has joined PAOK on loan for the 2026/27 season. The Greek club have secured an option to buy. Further details are to remain confidential.
Jakić will be reunited with former teammate Dimitris Giannoulis who also moved to Thessaloniki this summer. In Greece, the transfer window remains open until 15th September.
Jakić initially joined FC Augsburg on loan from Eintracht Frankfurt in winter 2024 before being permanently signed. He has since made 78 competitive appearances for Augsburg, registering five goals and three assists.
“Kristijan came to us wanting more game time. After open and constructive talks, we have found a good solution together. His loan move to PAOK gives him the opportunity to prove himself in a new environment and get the game time he desires. We wish him every success in the upcoming season,” said Augsburg’s sporting director Benni Weber.
