FCA loan out Takashi Usami to Düsseldorf

FC Augsburg have loaned out midfielder Takashi Usami until the end of the 2017/18 season. The Japanese player joins the current 2. Bundesliga leaders, Fortuna Düsseldorf.  Both clubs have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transfer. “We are fully convinced in Takashi Usami’s ability and we believe that he will get the opportunity at Düsseldorf to get more match experience and take another step in his development,” said sporting director Stefan Reuter. The 25-year-old midfielder, whose contract with FCA runs until 30th June 2020, will return to Augsburg on 1st July 2018. The player, who has won 19 caps for the Japanese national team, completed his medical at Fortuna on Wednesday.
