FCA loan Henri Koudossou to Nürnberg

Henri Koudossou will play the 2025/26 season in the colours of 1.FC Nürnberg. FC Augsburg and the second-division side were able to agree a loan deal without an option to buy. No further details of the agreement will be disclosed.
Koudossou, who recently extended his contract until 30th June 2028, has moved to Nürnberg to earn more match practice. The 25-year-old appeared 21 times in the Bundesliga for FCA with a further two appearances in the DFB-Pokal.
“Henri has developed a lot with us in the past year. He informed us that he would like to take his opportunity at Nürnberg to play regular football. With this in mind, we were able to figure out a solution together. We support this move fully and look forward to seeing his continued development,” said Benni Weber, sporting director.
“The loan to Nürnberg seems to have come at an ideal time for me as it’s crucial for my personal development that I play regularly. I give my thanks to all the people involved who have made this move possible. I of course wish FCA the best of luck for the upcoming season,” emphasised Henri Koudossou.
