Beljo nominated for Rookie of the Month award

After Arne Engels was nominated for the Bundesliga’s “Rookie of the Month” award twice in a row, fellow FCA winter arrival Dion Beljo has now received a nomination for March.

Beljo, who scored his first competitive goal for Augsburg in the 2-1 victory over Werder Bremen, is up against FC Bayern’s Matthijs de Ligt and FC Schalke’s Henning Matriciani after the three players accumulated the most points of all league “rookies” in the DFL’s Fantasy Manager game.

Fans have the opportunity to vote for their favourite until 23:59 CEST on Thursday. Voting can be found here.
