Qarabag friendly to be played in front of fans in Kufstein

Game against Ingolstadt cancelled

Fans will be able to take their place in the stands at the Arena Kufstein for the upcoming friendly between FC Augsburg and Qarabag FK (Thursday, 15th July, 18.00 CEST).

Tickets will only be available at the box office. Tickets will be 10 Euros for adults, while students and pensioners will pay 8 Euros. Only those who have received two vaccinations or who have evidence of a recent test will be able to attend.

For those unable to attend, the match will be available to stream live on FCA TV. There will also be highlights and match reaction after the final whistle.

Planned friendly against Ingolstadt cancelled

The club has mutually agreed to cancel the game against FC Ingolstadt which had previously been pencilled in for Friday, 16th July. Head coach Markus Weinzierl will instead lead an extra training session at the camp in Walchsee.

The final match of preseason will see FCA face Cagliari (Saturday, 31st July at 15.30 CEST) before the competitive opener against Greifswalder FC in the DFB-Pokal (Saturday, 7th August at 15.30 CEST). The Cagliari match will take place at the WWK ARENA although it is currently uncertain whether fans will be able to attend.
